Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day. To ensure fastest delivery, we use FedEx. Rates will be calculated based on the zip code you provide with your shipping address. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Every product we sell must meet or exceed your expectations. If it does not we will promptly exchange it or refund your money.
